Grant Kindrick

Grant W. Kindrick originally joined Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace in March, 2011. He brings expertise in the areas of general litigation, insurance defense, commercial litigation, and workers' compensation to the firm.

As a litigator, Mr. Kindrick has handled auto negligence, chemical and biological exposure cases, catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, negligent hiring and retention claims, workers' compensation, insurance coverage and re-insurance disputes, premises liability claims, commercial transaction cases, complex probate litigation, corporate derivative lawsuits, and arbitrations.

Mr. Kindrick was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and is an avid fan of local Cincinnati sports teams. In 2007, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. Mr. Kindrick earned his Juris Doctorate from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. in 2010.

Since that time, Mr. Kindrick has practiced law in Florida handling high-end clients with large SIR workers’ compensation defense matters; state circuit court premises liability matters, automobile/trucking, employer liability matters; and federal court commercial litigation matters. Like all of the attorneys at Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace, Mr. Kindrick is fully comfortable walking into federal district court, state circuit court, or a workers’ compensation tribunal.

Mr. Kindrick has proudly represented Advance Auto Parts, Layne Christensen, and Guarantee Insurance Company, among other large corporations and insurance companies. He has second chair trial experience in both state and federal jury trials and has first chair experience in several workers’ compensation and administrative hearings. Mr. Kindrick also frequently handles matters involving employees seeking exception to Florida workers compensation immunity.

Mr. Kindrick is a member of the Florida Bar the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and locally, he belongs to the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
